ElectRom — Return & Warranty Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories.

To initiate a return, contact us at cryss_mocanu@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item not as described).

Warranty

  • Surplus industrial components (sensors, valves, modules, etc.): All items are tested and verified functional before dispatch. We offer a 30-day functional warranty — if an item fails within 30 days of delivery under normal operating conditions, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
  • New/surplus stock items (stack lights, cables, cover plates, etc.): Covered by the same 30-day warranty.
  • Collectibles, figurines, trading cards, and retro gaming items: Sold as described. No warranty applies to collectible items, but we guarantee accurate condition descriptions. If an item arrives significantly not as described, contact us within 7 days.
  • Cameras, lenses, and AV equipment: Sold as-is unless explicitly stated otherwise. Tested for basic functionality where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or incompatible application
  • Items returned without prior authorisation
  • Collectibles or sealed items that have been opened or used

EU Consumer Rights

As a Romanian-based seller operating within the EU, we comply with EU consumer protection regulations. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving goods, without providing a reason (right of withdrawal). Please contact us to exercise this right.
